My second EP consists of four songs, all of them containing the subject of love. Love in its pure form. What it means to be with someone through thick and thin, through light and darkness, through beauty and pain. I was lucky to find love when I did, it was at a time in my life when I really needed it, without quite realizing it. It was the same for my husband. We were both fed up with people to be honest. We had dealt with so much pain, pain created by people around us. Now we wanted rest, but as the universe wanted it, we met each other and fell in love, and have been with each other for over 10 years. Love has been the ultimate savior and the mending steel in both our lives, it came along when we needed it, not when we wanted it. That difference can not be underlined enough! Sometimes you think you want something, but you’re not in need of it, other times you think you don’t want something, but you really need it, so it happens. The universe can be like that, just giving you what you need, and not exactly what you want. Most of the time it means good things.
"The Current You Unfold" EP celebrates the importance of love. Life can be brutal sometimes, it can take more than it gives, it may break you, your spirit, your will. But when love comes around you get reminded of the beauty in life and all the chances it brings. This EP is for the lovers, the dreamers, the people who need hope.
"The Current You Unfold" is a reminder of the light that exists even in the darkest of times, this light may bring you back to happiness once again. I hope you will listen and celebrate life's love and beauty!
